BattleyE Not Installed Escape from Tarkov showed on launch. Is that a loader support ticket, or do you fix the game install first?

Note 1
Escape from Tarkov BattleyE Not Installed, BattleyE Not Installed Escape from Tarkov, and Escape from Tarkov Anti Cheat Not Installed all describe the same client message. Fix the game first.
Note 2
Escape from Tarkov Launch Error BattleyE is the same class of problem: BattleyE never finished installing for Escape from Tarkov itself, often on a fresh Windows install or a broken launcher update.
Note 3
How to fix BattleyE for Escape from Tarkov: verify game files in the Battlestate launcher, reinstall BattleyE from the game folder, or run the launcher as administrator once so the service registers.
Note 4
Some players repair BattleyE through another Steam game that uses it, then return to Escape from Tarkov. That is a game install workaround, not a menu feature.
Note 5
Loader support on this site starts after Escape from Tarkov launches normally and Status is GREEN. If the game still will not open, support for the menu is not the first step.
